- SARGENT LOGISTICS INC
Essential Functions:
- Ensure transportation of the loads in a timely manner (covering at least 15 drivers);
- Planning driver’s routes based on their working hours;
- Properly entering shipment information into our CRM system (+ Excell);
- Handle the necessary paperwork;
- Dispatching the drivers for pick-ups and deliveries;
- Maintain communication with drivers to resolve their issues in case of necessity.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in dispatch/ customer service or relevant positions;
- Logistics experience would be a plus (US logistics);
- Extreme focus on organization and time management;
- Attention to details and multitasking skills;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Proficient Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
