PMO Adoption Specialist

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Change Impact Assessments with stakeholders across all areas of the business to understand the impact of the change

Work collaboratively with all operational business groups to understand current and future state and to ensure they are translated into documentation.

Assist PMO team with respect to 'as is' current systems, procedures and processes

Conduct Learning Needs Analysis

Design and deliver end-user training, supporting adoption

Develop and facilitate regular and effective communication (through a variety of modes) to relevant project stakeholders.

Send the communication to internal and external stakeholders

Develop, deliver and manage communication, stakeholder, training, engagement, adoption, and resistance management plans

Ensure that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program

Flexibility and availability to travel as required

Performs related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree

Hands-on experience in facilitate training and mobilize teams to embrace changes, including remote teams

Proven success working with all levels of management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong presentation skills
