What will you do?
- Answering customers' inbound calls for POS (Point of Sales) system-related problems;
- Identifying issues defined by the customers;
- Advising customers on solutions and troubleshooting computer hardware/networking/software issues;
- Keeping abreast of our solutions’ new features, functionality, and installation procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficient written and spoken English and Spanish is a must;
- Willingness to develop computer skills;
- Availability to work late evening shifts (Wednesday - Saturday, 16:00-2:30);
- Computer hardware / networking / software troubleshooting skills would be a huge advantage;
- Customer Service / Technical support experience would also be considered as an advantage;
- Working with Point of Sale equipment, credit card terminals, registers is a plus.

Salary
1650-2200 €/mon. gross
Negotiable salary depending on experience (1650 EUR - 2200 EUR Gross) + additional payment for night hours shift + performance - based bonuses.
