Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and technically curious professional to join our Pre-Launch team. This role owns the full onboarding lifecycle for international business customers from Sales handoff through POS installation and successful launch.
You will serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring each customer’s Point of Sale ecosystem is accurately configured, delivered on time, and aligned with real-world business operations. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role requiring strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering white-glove service.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, from contract receipt through installation and go-live.
- Build trusted relationships with merchants by gathering detailed insights into their business operations and translating needs into clear technical and operational requirements.
- Act as the central coordinator between customers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless onboarding.
- Configure POS systems, including reminders, modifiers, online ordering, marketplace integrations, and ecosystem components, ensuring alignment with customer workflows.
- Train customers on products and services to ensure confidence and operational readiness at launch.
- Maintain proactive, professional communication via email and phone.
- Manage complex or escalated situations calmly and effectively, driving positive outcomes.
- Evaluate customer requests using critical thinking and research to determine feasibility and best solutions.
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing technical and operational constraints.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internal systems.
- Continuously expand knowledge of POS technology, payments, and merchant processing solutions.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn software-based systems.
- Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize and take full ownership of responsibilities.
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering white-glove service.
- Calm, confident, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Comfortable leading customer conversations and setting clear expectations.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Experience with POS systems, payments, SaaS onboarding, or hospitality technology is a plus.
- Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
