We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who will work closely with customers, understand their technical needs, and connect them with our R&D team.

What you will do

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers.
Answer technical questions during the sales process and provide first-line technical guidance before involving R&D.
Support product evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, and initial customer testing.
Identify customer pain points, technical challenges, project needs, risks, gaps, and customization requirements to help determine the most suitable solution.
Participate in technical customer meetings with Sales and R&D when deeper expertise is required.
Collect recurring customer requests and market feedback and communicate them to Product Management and R&D.
Develop technical sales materials, including application examples, solution diagrams, FAQs, and supporting documentation.

What we are looking for

Solid technical understanding of wireless technologies, electronics, telecommunications, embedded systems, IoT, or related technologies.
Ability to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals before proposing a solution.
Commercial awareness — the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and propose solutions that make sense both technically and commercially.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and accurately across customers, Sales, R&D, and Product Management.
Strong documentation skills — clearly capturing customer requirements, technical discussions, and decisions.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian would be a huge plus.
