Pricing Manager for Baltics

We are looking for a highly analytical and business driven Pricing Manager for Baltics who will take ownership of omnichannel pricing processes across multiple markets. In this role, you will steer daily pricing performance, drive strategic pricing initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment with Group Pricing. This is a key position for achieving revenue and margin targets while strengthening our competitive position across the cluster.

Pricing Performance & Steering

• Lead daily price steering to reach revenue and margin targets.
  
• Monitor and analyze performance development across channels, including price, revenue, margin, and other key indicators.
  

Omnichannel Pricing Initiatives

• Conceptualize and implement omnichannel pricing measures.
  
• Execute, coordinate, and evaluate pricing pilots to validate new approaches.
  
• Manage the rollout of pricing processes and strategy across the cluster.
  

Pricing Tools & Optimization

• Challenge and adapt pricing tool–based setups within strategic guardrails to ensure target achievement.
  
• Identify opportunities for process and tool optimization and align implementation with the Group Pricing Team.
  

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Align pricing decisions with promotional tactics (item selection, promo mechanics, campaign structure).
  
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Online Marketing, Purchasing, Campaign Management, Retail, and other teams.
  
• Prepare and lead regular alignment meetings with internal stakeholders.
  

Group Strategy Alignment

• Ensure full application of the Group Pricing Strategy within the cluster.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Group Pricing Team on all pricing related topics.
