In this unique global role, you will be part of our cross-functional automation squad that delivers process automation solutions to our departments and spearheads digital transformation.

Role Responsibilities
  • Translate high-level complex business requirements into technical requirements with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Act as a liaison between business operations such as Finance, Compliance, etc, and developers.
  • Communicate with multiple project stakeholders and development team to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Work according to Scrum principles in a squad dedicated to specific Business Function.
  • Perform automation testing and coordinate automation deployment readiness.
  • Constantly performing analysis of existing automated processes to achieve the best automation results and identify improvement possibilities.
  • Manage identification, agreement, and implementation of enhancements and changes for existing automations.
  • Constantly look for day-to-day work improvements.
  • Participate in department wide improvement projects and initiatives.


Role Requirements
  • Experience with business process mapping, requirement definition and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work in flexible, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work without supervision.
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Visio Drawing tool along with familiarity with MS Power Bi.
  • Experience with process automation, macros programming and/or scripting experience is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or information technology is considered an advantage.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2166 – 3841 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
