Procurement specialists of formal documents preparation on public procurement tenders (Lithuania market)
Job description
- Evaluation and analysis of public procurement tenders regulations.
- Determining the needs of preparation of public procurement tender formal part.
- Preparation of documentations in accordance of public procurement tenders regulations and terms and customer requirements. Follow up to public procurement tender procedures, tender updates, client answers on tenders and new tender announcements.
- Work together with the procurement and tender department of Baltic state branch.
- Assist head of procurement and tender department on daily work.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an public procurement specialist for at least 5 years.
- Secondary special or higher education in the relevant sector.
- Knowledge of the public procurement tender process (construction sector).
- Knowledge of the public procurement law of Lithuania.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English and Russian.
- Ability to independently organize your work, make decisions and take responsibility.
- Good communication skills, accuracy, high sense of responsibility towards one's job duties.
- Previous experience in big scale construction company or in construction sector project will be considered an advantage.
- Possibility to go on short-term business trips.
