Procurement Specialist

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company that develops new brands and products for customers in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and other major markets.

We are seeking a China Sourcing Specialist and Negotiation Expert to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of the Chinese market and the ability to effectively source quality products and negotiate competitive prices. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a proven track record of successful procurement and cost-reduction strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and vetting potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for driving value in procurement processes, we would love to hear from you.

English language (min B2 level)

Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage

Experience in procurement with China

Experience in procurement with India, and Vietnam is an advantage

Experience in negotiating contracts with counterparts

Proficiency in sourcing suppliers using Alibaba and 1688 platforms

Ability to work in a team
