We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join Team in Vilnius.
The main purpose of this job is to ensure efficient procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as supplier registration, document administration, purchase order creation, and end-to-end support for internal business colleagues.

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join Team in Vilnius.
The main purpose of this job is to ensure efficient procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as supplier registration, document administration, purchase order creation, and end-to-end support for internal business colleagues.
Areas of responsibility
- Managing supplier onboarding and registration activities in Jaggaer and related systems
- Following up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding and compliance
- Maintaining procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records
- Assisting with contract management, renewals, and supplier communications
- Supporting purchase order creation, PO coverage improvement, and procurement governance activities.
- Supporting sourcing activities, including RFQs, supplier selection, bid evaluations, and procurement reporting
- Preparing procurement analytics, savings reports, spend reports, and supplier performance reports
- Providing end-to-end support and guidance throughout the procurement process
- Participating in process improvement, harmonization, and procurement development projects
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred
- Understanding of procurement processes
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other relevant technical skills
- English is mandatory
- Supplier management experience is preferred
- Contract management experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers and internal staff across all levels within the organization
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Solution oriented, problem solving skills
- Structured, organized, diligent and conscientious individual
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environments
