- Propose and select suitable products for development, considering market demand, profitability, and brand fit.
- Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and oversee the new product development process from concept to consumer, ensuring a positive consumer experience for new concepts/products introduced.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable market insights to inform product development decisions.
- Lead the development and testing of new product ideas, overseeing implementation and ensuring successful execution.
- Identify technology improvements, prepare requirements, and lead development efforts from the business side to enhance product offerings.
- Manage the release process and cross-functional dependencies to effectively bring new products to market on schedule and within budget.
- Establish, own, and monitor product KPIs and other key metrics, understanding and tracking unit economics to drive business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 3+ years experience in private label products development & management in an identical or similar field.
- Experience within e-commerce.
- Experience working with global market-orientated products.
- Ability to develop product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of requirements.
- Ability to interpret market data and research to identify business and product needs.
- Ability to deliver the result while working with a high level of uncertainty.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify market opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
