We are looking for a driven and hands-on Product Engineer who will take ownership of products throughout their entire manufacturing journey — from New Product Introduction (NPI) to stable mass production and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be at the center of product manufacturing success, collaborating with R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are built efficiently, reliably, and with the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be at the center of product manufacturing success, collaborating with R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are built efficiently, reliably, and with the highest quality standards.
What you will do:
- Take ownership of products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle — from NPI to mass production.
- Ensure products meet manufacturing, cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers to solve production-related challenges.
- Maintain and improve production documentation, and manufacturing work instructions.
- Analyze manufacturing issues related to assigned products and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform root cause analysis for manufacturing and quality issues.
- Monitor and improve production yield and process stability.
- Drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency, throughput, and product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to improve product manufacturability and assembly efficiency (DFM/DFA).
- Support production scaling and introduction of new manufacturing processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering education or equivalent professional experience in manufacturing, product, or industrial engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with electronics manufacturing processes is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP/EMS systems is considered an advantage.
