We are currently looking for a PRODUCT GROUP MANAGER to manage our top tier category.

This position requires to be quick at solving complex problems, present ideas in a clear and concise manner, withstand pressure from the market, and constantly seek new opportunities to improve business performance in the market. Strong interpersonal relationships and generally being a cooperative individual will help you navigate through complex situations. Also, you will succeed in this position if you are fluent in English and you know how to reach your goals through positive influence over your peers and clients.

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing direct relationships with the supplier and top retail clients
  
• Leading brand sales and delivering operating profit targets
  
• Optimizing sales costs and processes
  
• Ensuring timely and efficient product flow (from purchase to sales)
  
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns
  
• Maximizing distribution of the selected products
  
• Managing the financial flow financial flow of marketing investments and seeking optimization in
  

campaign ROI

Minimum requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in fast moving consumer goods industry
  
• Strong analytical, presentation and convincing skills
  
• High level of interpersonal communication skills
  
• Fast and efficient problem solving
  
• Clear and concise communication, verbal and in writing
  
• Open mindedness and flexibility
  
• Ability to work in cross functional teams
  
• Driver’s license and fluency in English
  

Offered salary package starts from 4 300 Eur Brutto and largely depends on skills, competencies, experience and the potential to grow.
