Product Manager – Clinical Nutrition

We are currently looking for a Product Manager – Clinical Nutrition to join the Fresenius Kabi Baltics team. In this role, you will be responsible for market development, professional education, and the growth of the clinical nutrition portfolio across the Baltic region.

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious professional who is motivated to support business growth and deliver meaningful results. In this role, your key competencies should include:

• A university degree in Marketing would be considered a strong advantage; a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, or a related field is also relevant.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in product management or sales.
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals, conduct trainings, and deliver impactful presentations.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with specialists, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  
• Fluency in English, as the role involves international projects and collaboration with colleagues from different countries.
  
• A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to take ownership of initiatives to achieve set goals.
