- Introduce and develop new and attractive payment and account products, as well as improve existing ones
- Promote the advancement of accounts, payments and payment-related services in the market
- Regularly analyze and follow technology and market trends
- Ensure the development of sales materials for various sales channels, as well as implement sales promotion campaigns
- Provide training and consulting of bank employees on payment and account products
- Active cooperation with other structural units of the bank and group
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience and knowledge in working with bank payment and account products, as well as experience in project management
- Knowledge in the field of customer attraction or marketing
- Good persuasion and reasoning skills
- Analytical thinking and able to understand causal relationships
- Interest in payment market development trends, new solutions, as well as ideas on how to improve and improve payment services in Citadele
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
