Production Worker – Embroidery
UP Originals | Kaunas (Raudondvario pl. 93) | Part-time or full-time
Salary: €8/h / part-time or full-time.
UP Originals makes embroidered hoodies, zip hoodies and crewnecks for schools, teams and student organisations across Europe. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on production worker to join our small workshop in Kaunas. Your main job will be running our embroidery machine and making sure every garment leaves the workshop looking right.
What you’ll do
Prepare garments and operate the embroidery machine
Monitor embroidery runs and check the quality of finished items
Finish, sort and pack garments, and keep customer orders organised
Hand-write customer names and order details on labels
Solve everyday production problems and keep the workspace tidy
Ordering the deliveries for the finished orders
Other tasks regarding what is needed
Who we’re looking for
Reliable, practical and precise, with a good eye for detail
Able to work independently and take initiative
Curious about how machines work and comfortable troubleshooting
Good English (English is our working language)
Clear, legible handwriting
Good colour vision: you’ll be matching thread and garment colours accurately
No previous embroidery experience is needed. We’ll train you.

Flexible shifts scheduled between 8:00 and 22:00, which fits well alongside studies
