We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our new team in Vilnius.

We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our new team in Vilnius.
Responsibilities:
- Timely projects creation and closure
- Managing projects master data
- Projects period end closing and validation
- Follow up on actual and estimated project costs and schedules
- Preparing timely project reporting package
- Other project accounting activities (e.g. project plan copying to the system, assigned monthly reports preparation, providing insights in relation to projects, complete estimate, etc.)
- Maintain, develop, and implement internal controls for project accounting
- Support Project Managers, Controllers and business, maintain value-adding relationships with them
- Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and control
- Participation in projects and new tools development
Basic requirements for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Fast learner
- Flexibility in adapting to fast-paced environment and changes
- High level of responsibility, attention to details
- Advanced written and oral English
- Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
- SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage
