We are looking for a Project Controller to join our new team in Vilnius.
- Driving analyses of project performance and financial compliance
- Data quality and integrity assurance
- Creation of standardized monthly project reporting package
- Provide insights in relation to projects
- Maintain, develop and implement internal controls for projects
- Support business and maintain value-adding relationships with them
- Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and control
- Participation in projects and new tools development
- Other project controlling activities
Basic requirements for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization
- Good interpersonal skills to become a trusted advisor for the business
- Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
- Can-do attitude
- Advanced written and oral English
- SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage

The Vilnius GBS center offers services for Metso finance and logistics operations. The objective is to centralize the related services to the new center and thus gain benefits from process harmonization, standardization and digitalization.
Metso continues to develop the global supply operations of its Minerals Consumables business by establishing a rubber and poly-met wear parts manufacturing facility in Šiauliai. The new manufacturing location started its operations in the beginning of July, 2020.
Today, Metso is the leading provider of rubber and poly-met mill lining, with a strong service network in all the main mining markets.
