• Design and develop customer servicing models across corporate customer segments.
• Shape how servicing models are embedded into customer journeys, processes, and digital channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, operations, and customer-facing units.
• Identify and drive efficiency improvements and optimization opportunities within servicing approaches.
• Contribute to long-term customer experience transformation within Corporate Banking.
• Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with high visibility and strategic impact.

What isneeded in this role:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, service design, CX, or business transformation.
• Experience in cross‑functional environments, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Strong service design and customer‑centric expertise, translating strategy into execution.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, turning complexity into clear actions.
• High ownership mindset, structured approach, and focus on quality and continuous improvement.
