We are looking for a unique personality with excellent project management skills to contribute to the R&D department's projects in developing, implementing or modifying our products. 🚀
You will be responsible for the following projects:

- Drawing up and adjusting the work performance schedule, maximally smooth execution of projects according to the plan;
- Budget planning, control and its practical implementation;
- Risk identification and management;
- Project teams - task delegation, prioritisation, problem-solving;
- Identifying problem areas and proposing solutions for improving operations to managers.

Salary
From 2980 to 4300€/month gross
Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
- Have excellent project management skills and can support them with implemented examples;
- Have engineering thinking, understanding of electronic and mechanical processes;
- Experience in manufacturing process planning would be a strong advantage;
- Know how to work with MS Project or another project planning program;
- Follow modern project management methods (PMBOK, Agile).
