About the role:
Real Estate Group is responsible for delivering workplace solutions in Lithuania including activities such as: lease portfolio management, rebuilding and – location projects and facility services (logistics, receptions, restaurants, cleaning, security etc.).
As a Property Manager at SEB, you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues. By collaborating and networking with other internal teams in Business and IT, you'll also have room to explore other business areas and grow your skills further.
As a Property Manager you will actively pursue the goals of the Real Estate and, together with internal stakeholders, ensure proper management of real estate projects, maintenance of facilities and provision of real estate-related services in line with the Bank’s operational needs & Real Estate management guidelines.

As a Property Manager you will actively pursue the goals of the Real Estate and, together with internal stakeholders, ensure proper management of real estate projects, maintenance of facilities and provision of real estate-related services in line with the Bank’s operational needs & Real Estate management guidelines.
Activities will include:
- Project management, property management, facility management, budget control, ATM
- Coordination and implementation of real estate project objectives
- Workplace Management securing efficient utilization of office supporting SEB way of working
- Negotiations with real estate lessors, related service providers, resolution of emerging problems
- Organization of the purchase of equipment and/or its management and other related services required for the premises
- Ensuring the suitability of premises for use
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Real estate market knowledge
- Project management knowledge and experience
- Experience in maintenance of engineering systems of facilities and control of service providers would be beneficial
- Good negotiation skills and experience in defending the interests of the organization on the basis of agreements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership
- Great communication skills and fluency in English
- Service positivity, communicability, organization
