As part of its expansion into Lithuania, Budimex is looking for an experienced Public Procurement / Tender Documentation Specialist to join its international Baltic Procurement & Tender team.
This is a unique opportunity to become the first procurement team member based in Lithuania, take ownership of local public tender documentation and contribute to the company's growth in the Lithuanian market.
As part of its expansion into Lithuania, Budimex is looking for an experienced Public Procurement / Tender Documentation Specialist to join its international Baltic Procurement & Tender team.
This is a unique opportunity to become the first procurement team member based in Lithuania, take ownership of local public tender documentation and contribute to the company's growth in the Lithuanian market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze Lithuanian public procurement tender requirements, particularly within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Prepare and manage formal and administrative documentation for public tender submissions.
- Ensure all submitted documentation complies with Lithuanian public procurement regulations, tender conditions and contracting authority requirements.
- Monitor newly announced tenders, tender updates, clarifications and responses from contracting authorities.
- Collaborate closely with the Baltic Procurement & Tender team to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Procurement & Tender.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in public procurement.
- Strong knowledge of Lithuanian public procurement legislation and procedures.
- Hands-on experience preparing formal and administrative tender documentation for construction or infrastructure projects.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and good working proficiency in English.
- Russian language skills would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- A proactive, responsible and self-driven approach to work.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for short business trips.
