BE READY TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF
You should be ready to participate in the following activities:
- Execute and maintain various project procurement procedures. This will include: the preparation of tender documentation, coordination and submission of proposals while ensuring compliance with laws, document management and technical specifications requirements.
- Be a focal point of communication with the clients, external partners and internal team members on procurement matters.
- Provide guidance and support to staff during proposal preparation for the compliance of tender specifications and provide internal training.
- Update and maintain relevant databases.
- Review documentation and practices to be ISO 9001 compliant. Participate in internal and external audits.

- Project procurement experience and/or knowledge of procurement processes.

- The ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritise work.
- The ability to analyse and solve problems.
- Good command of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
