Job Description

Work hand in hand with software developers, business analysts and managers building large-scale eCommerce & ERP software;
Ensure the quality of the team-delivered products;
Deliver comprehensive and timely feedback to development team;
Research and adapt best practices for web and mobile testing;
Autonomy and freedom of choice – test manually, automate or both.

Requirements

2+ years of QA experience (manual and/or automated testing);
Familiarity with Agile workflows (Kanban/Scrum);
Analytical mind and good attention to details;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar);
Experience testing API/web services.

Nice to have

Experience using Cypress or similar;
Experience testing e-commerce software;
Experience with performance or load testing;
Database knowledge (MS SQL or similar).

Work on eCommerce and ERP solutions for well-known Lithuanian and international brands with a large active user base;
Clean, well-maintained codebase with dedicated time for resolving technical debt;
Collaborative code reviews involving all developers, promoting learning and adherence to best practices;
Modern Azure Cloud infrastructure with Azure DevOps CI/CD, automated pipelines, and multiple test environments;
Proactive application monitoring using Azure Application Insights, Sentry, and Grafana;
Comprehensive business and technical documentation;
Agile workflow with daily stand-ups and regular stakeholder communication.
