QA Specialist

● Develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and functionality.
● Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
● Create, maintain, and update detailed test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.
● Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and overall QA efficiency.
● Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and improve product quality.
● Stay up to date with modern testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
● Work effectively in Agile development environments while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.

● 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a solid understanding of both manual and automated testing practices.
● Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
● Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Some experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages such as Playwright, Jest, or JavaScript / Typescript
● Basic database and SQL skills, with the ability to write simple queries for data validation and analysis.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand product requirements, anticipate potential issues, and identify areas for improvement.
● Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and to report on test progress, defects, and risks.
● Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while also being a proactive team player in collaborative environments.
● Willingness to learn and grow as a professional, including keeping up to date with evolving testing tools and methodologies.
● Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities in an Agile development environment.
