QA TEAM MANAGER (SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS)

Your key areas of responsibilities will be

• Managing and leading a team of employees, performing effective people management (one-to-ones, coaching, career development)
• Planning and organizing the implementation of quality assurance for systems used in Ignitis Group companies
• Being responsible for the testing environments of systems used in Ignitis Group companies
• Collaborating with IT product development and project teams and advising them on quality assurance matters
• Organizing the necessary service procurements for system testing tools
• Being responsible for the quality assurance management process, its maintenance and improvement

Salary range for this position group is 3436 to 5155 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
