Develop and implement the QA strategy, policies, procedures, and standards for the organization.
Work closely with the development and product management teams to understand product requirements and ensure that quality is built into the development process.
Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports, and communicate quality status and progress to stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QA processes, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer support to identify, escalate and resolve quality issues reported by customers.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in quality assurance
Demonstrated interest in developing and implementing QA strategies, policies, procedures, and standards
Good knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus
Experience in the mobile gaming industry is a plus
