Your key responsibilities:
- Regular (daily, weekly, and monthly) checks and quality analysis on operational activities of KYC processes;
- Ensuring that internal KYC processes are working correctly and helping to identify and report on any gaps or deficiencies;
- Helping to identify, design, and implement improvements in the way of working, work instructions, and possible automation of processes;
- Optimising the use of the quality and monitoring tools and ensuring enhancements of the quality reports;
- Communication and escalation with management, partners, and state institutions;
- Supporting the culture of client-centricity and learning in the organization;
- Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
- Higher education (in law, finance, banking, or similar would be considered an advantage);
- Knowledge of relevant laws, legal acts, and requirements;
- A strong analytical and structured mind, attention to detail;
- The capability of challenging people and providing constructive criticism;
- Proactivity and a drive to achieve improvements and efficiency;
- Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian would be considered an advantage);
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Salary
1800-2200 €/mon. gross
