If you have an experience with IT recruitment (or this area arouses your curiosity), come join the team - we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for the IT field.
This is a 360° consultant role, where responsibilities include not only managing the entire recruitment process, but also active communication with clients and consulting on services. We are looking for someone who is able to both find the most suitable talents and build partnerships with businesses.

Your responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end IT recruitment cycle - optimized and quality-focused
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network in IT
- Use market insights (salary trends, talent availability) to advise clients and improve recruitment strategy
- Develop and expand partnership opportunities: identify hiring needs, propose solutions, share talent market realities
You will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (IT field specialization would be a big advantage)
- Client support / sales experience would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written)
- Great communication skills, result orientation
- Initiative, responsibility and ability to independently manage your working day
- Business-oriented mindset, to grow together with a professional team in an international environment
