Your responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Close cooperation with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional VM in building, developing and motivating store teams
- Implements an people strategy to adapt the structure, culture and talents to business goals in the Baltic countries
- Implements HR processes, including recruitment planning, ensuring development processes, talent management and building succession in the subordinate region
- Development of Store Managers' competences, conducting and coordinating training and identifying training needs
- Supports leadership, direction and expertise in the areas of culture, change management, coaching, talent assessment and development
- Preparation and analysis of HR indicators and taking actions in areas with potential
- Being a member of an international HR team and participating in interesting projects
Your qualifications:
- Experience in HR area (experience in managing a team in the retail or manufacturing industry will be an additional advantage)
- Knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2+ (necessary condition),
- Very good and effective communication
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Readiness for business travels, driving license
