REGIONAL MANAGER

✔️ You will coordinate the activities of several Vitapur stores and ensure their smooth day-to-day operation.
✔️ You will work closely with store employees, helping them achieve their sales targets and deal with day-to-day challenges.
✔️ You will monitor sales results and key performance indicators (KPIs) and look for ways to improve performance.
✔️ You will ensure that stores follow company standards, procedures and customer service principles.
✔️ You will analyse store performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
✔️ You will take part in recruitment, training and onboarding of new employees.
✔️ You will work closely with other departments and the Head Office team.
✔️ You will regularly visit the stores in your region and maintain close contact with the store teams

We are looking for someone who sees retail as more than just sales. You care about people, customer experience and results. You can see the bigger picture while also noticing what can be improved in the day-to-day running of a store.
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales or a similar field.
✔️ Experience leading a team or coordinating the activities of several teams or locations.
✔️ The ability to analyse sales results and key performance indicators.
✔️ The ability to make decisions independently and solve day-to-day challenges.
✔️ Strong communication and organisational skills.
✔️ Leadership, initiative and a strong results-oriented approach.
✔️ The ability to motivate a team and create a positive working environment.
✔️ Good command of Lithuanian and English.
✔️ Willingness to travel regularly to the stores in your region
