Job description
▪️Managing stores within the assigned region – Lithuania;
▪️Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings;
▪️Building a stable, competent, and motivated sales team;
▪️Monitoring the right image, high levels of customer service, and VM standards are upheld in the region;
▪️Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers;
▪️Operating within budget constraints;
▪️Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments;
▪️Reporting directly to Regional Sales Director.

Requirements
▪️Experience in a similar position would be an asset;
▪️Proven track of record in previous employment;
▪️Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips if needed;
▪️Communicative English Language;
▪️Driving license;
▪️Experience in people management and supervision;
▪️Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;
▪️Ability to work in a team and independently;
▪️Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure.
▪️Proven track of record in previous employment;
▪️Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips if needed;
▪️Communicative English Language;
▪️Driving license;
▪️Experience in people management and supervision;
▪️Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;
▪️Ability to work in a team and independently;
