Our Hertz Baltics team is growing and we're looking for You to join us in Vilnius!
If you enjoy analysing market data, working with numbers and turning insights into commercial decisions, this could be the role for you.
What You'll be responsible for:
- Putting our pricing strategy into action for Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty across the Baltics.
- Checking competitor and broker prices daily, tracking market trends and keeping our brands competitively positioned.
- Creating and updating pricing rules, daily pricing files and promotional prices.
- Monitoring demand, fleet utilisation and car availability, then adjusting prices when conditions change.
- Making sure vehicle groups are matched correctly with competitors and priced logically against one another.
- Handling pricing requests and periods when certain cars are unavailable for booking.
- Spotting pricing errors, risks and opportunities to improve revenue.
We're looking for You're:
- Comfortable analysing data, confident in Excel and able to turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Take ownership of your decisions and can work independently when the market moves quickly.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Also fluent in English.
