Salary 3150 - 3900 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

If You have:
- University degree in Economics, Business or related field.
- Experience in macro/micro-level space management, ideally within FMCG Category Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional alignment skills.
- Understanding of store operations and retail processes.
- Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Experience using space planning, store layout and business analytics tools.
- Excellent planning, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English language (English is required for working with colleagues in the Baltics, as well as with systems and software)
- Driver’s license.
We will entrust You:
- Establish and own the end-to-end macro-level space planning and optimization process in Baltics across all store formats.
- Use data, customer insights and commercial performance analysis to optimize store layouts and space utilization.
- Drive space optimization initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Collaborate closely with Category Management, Store Design, Operations and other stakeholders to deliver standardized and effective solutions.
- Act as functional owner and lead the development, improvement and consistent use of macro‑level space planning tools and systems.
- Define and monitor space management KPIs, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and future store development.
- Lead long-term space planning and forecasting to support business growth and format evolution.
Compensation:
