Role Overview

Programmers Force is hiring a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive (Fintech–RegTech) to expand our presence across Lithuania and the wider EU market. In this role, you will lead sales efforts for our regulatory technology and compliance solutions, working with fintechs, financial institutions, and regulated businesses. You will identify client regulatory and onboarding challenges and position tailored technology solutions that improve compliance, risk, and verification workflows.

The ideal candidate brings software or SaaS sales experience, understands financial compliance and digital identity challenges, and has a proven ability to manage and close B2B deals.



Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients across fintech, banking, payments, crypto, and regulated sectors in Lithuania and the EU
Run discovery conversations to understand compliance, onboarding, identity verification, and risk management needs
Present and demonstrate RegTech and compliance technology solutions aligned with client requirements
Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and compliance stakeholders
Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine positioning based on client and market feedback
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting within CRM systems
Stay updated on EU and regional regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML/KYC, digital identity, onboarding regulations) to effectively position solutions
Represent the company at industry events and fintech/compliance forums when required

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
Minimum 1+ year experience in B2B software or SaaS sales (Fintech, RegTech, Identity, Compliance, or Risk solutions preferred)
Understanding of financial sector compliance and onboarding requirements within the EU market
Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Ability to manage sales processes independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
