We are looking for an active Sales Development Manager to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Proactively drive B2B sales to attract new clients, without any fear of cold calling
  • Maintain and nurture existing clients worldwide
  • Innovate and develop ideas to increase sales growth
  • Analyse markets, clients' needs and competitors
  • Provide expert product consultations to potential and exhisting clients

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (beauty industry wholesale sector - advantage)
  • Proficiency in English/Russian and any other language from the list: ES, IT, FR, DE
  • Strong analytical skills for effective market assessment
  • Goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Out of box thinking and sales creativity
