About the role
LeverUP is leveling up and hiring a proactive, ambitious SDR to support our growth across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. You will focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building early-stage client relationships, and expanding our pipeline in the Baltic market, while promoting and representing the Braze Customer Engagement platform, as part of our reseller program.

You will focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building early-stage client relationships, and expanding our pipeline in the Baltic market, while promoting and representing the Braze Customer Engagement platform, as part of our reseller program.
What will you do?
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across the Baltic region
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities (outbound and inbound activities)
- Execute hands-on sales activities daily (cold outreach, discovery calls, follow-ups)
- Book and hand over qualified meetings to the Account Executive team
- Work closely with the team to support pipeline development
- Maintain accurate database and be able to report back on it (pipeline and activity tracking)
- Support go-to-market strategies to strengthen our position in the region
- Represent the company at events, webinars, and industry gatherings
- Stay on top of market trends, customer needs and competitor activities

What are we looking for?
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development (tech, SaaS, CRM)
- Understanding of CRM / CXM market and curiosity to learn more about it
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Lithuanian
- You should be highly organized and proactive, with strong ownership skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams
- Resilient and persistent, comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection
- Focused on results and motivated to reach and surpass activity and pipeline goals
