Your main objectives:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and start sales in the Lithuanian market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, and consistently promoting and selling shipment services throughout Lithuania.
Your primary objectives will be to analyse market, create client base, execute sales plans, create, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.

Who we are looking for:
- Good in English (written and verbal), russian or ukrainian - a big advantage, lithuanian - as a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development or account management (in Baltic countries - a huge advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
- The understanding of the logistics/transportation/shipment sector
