Sales Manager is a person who builds and maintains long-term relationships with customers to ensure their continued allegiance to a Company and its products or services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the electronic money, banking, and payment services industry, as well as the ideal customer profile.
- Actively search for new clients and business opportunities through networking, referrals, targeted outreach, and industry platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Research, qualify, and engage potential leads to convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders in the financial services ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns, support lead-generation efforts, and align on market positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote services and generate business opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell EMI banking and payment services using solid business arguments tailored to client needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain long-term positive business and customer relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to track pipelines, manage sales cycles, and ensure accurate reporting of activities.
- Coordinate sales efforts with colleagues across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to maximize impact.
- Analyze market trends, track territory potential, and provide management with insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and opportunities for new products or services.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in fintech B2B sales
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of fintech products
- Experience with high-risk industries, acquiring sales, or merchant sales would be considered a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and practices, with the ability to manage pipelines and build long-term client relationships.
- Fluent English and Lithuanian (Russian and/or Polish would be a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and flexible personality with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professional business communication and effectively follow up with clients
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- An existing network within fintech or related industries would be a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
