Job description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Central & Eastern Europe
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with travel agents and tour operators
  • Create and manage daily outreach and follow-up schedules
  • Conduct regular business trips to represent Hotelston at local and global tourism fairs and conferences
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships through back-office tools
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine pricing strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in at least one CEE language: German, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, etc (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM tools
  • Well-organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Based in Vilnius (or within 100km radius) (mandatory)
