Sales Manager (Full-time)

· B2B Sales: Drive the sales of high-quality seaweed products (nori, snacks) to international B2B clients.
· Business Development: Actively search for new customers, analyze market needs, and identify growth opportunities.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with new and existing European clients through various communication platforms.
· Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor sales results and prepare insightful reports for strategic planning.
· End-to-End Coordination: Manage invoices and oversee logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery across Europe.

· Languages: Fluency in English (Mandatory). Knowledge of Lithuanian and other European languages is a significant advantage.
· Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
· Personal Traits: Highly organized, diligent, and able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales or the food industry is a big plus.


Working hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
