We offer multicurrency payment account with intuitive internet banking, foreign exchange, unique IBANs, SEPA and SWIFT payments and an open banking features according to PSD2 standards.

𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement effective business development strategies

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 - Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience

𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Providing a personal approach to every client’s needs, proactively consult clients and closing sales with consultative selling approaches

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 - Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Lithuanina required)

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 - oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
