Your Role:
As part of our team, you will:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers worldwide
- Understand customer needs and together with engineering teams translate them into clear technical and commercial proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle – from first contact to contract signing
- Represent WOP and our laser technologies in industry events, meetings and calls
- Track opportunities in CRM, prepare offers, and follow up to move deals forward
- Contribute to WOP’s growth by helping turn advanced technologies into successful customer projects and lasting success

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Technical engineering or physics background.
- Proactive approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Good organizational skills, attention to details.
- Good communication skills in English - both spoken and written.
