Job description
The Sales Marketer is responsible for finding clients to order vehicles from USA auctions namely Copart, IAAI, and Manheim.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise:
- Experience in sales and ordering cars for clients from USA
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and confident in building relationships with diverse customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple sales leads effectively.
- Proactive in problem-solving and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions or company priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and digital outreach to identify potential customers for company services.
2. Present and promote services to prospective customers, explaining key features, pricing, and value propositions in a clear and convincing manner.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
4. Negotiate prices and terms of service agreements in alignment with company policies, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the customer.
5. Follow up regularly with leads and undecided customers to provide updates, resolve concerns, and move them through the sales funnel.
6. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate information is shared, services are delivered on time, and customer expectations are met.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and agreements in company databases or tracking systems.
8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively managing a personal sales pipeline and continuously seeking new revenue opportunities.
9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to management and suggest strategies to improve competitiveness.
10. Represent the company professionally in client meetings, networking events, or exhibitions to build brand awareness and trust in the market.
