Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Manage and grow a portfolio of dedicated customers across Europe, serving as their main point of contact.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality, professional service via phone, email, and chat.
Identify and develop business opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling strategies to drive revenue growth.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment tracking, delivery times, contracts, and logistics-related inquiries.
Negotiate and optimize agreements in line with market conditions and company objectives to ensure profitability.
Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to resolve transportation issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records, manage documentation, and work effectively with CRM and internal systems.
Monitor market trends, analyze performance data, and contribute to achieving revenue and shipment targets while ensuring service excellence.

What do we expect from you?

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management (preferably in international sales or logistics).
Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships and close deals effectively.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and large volumes of information.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, comfortable working with data to support business decisions.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Strong English language skills (written and spoken); other languages would be an advantage.
Higher education degree and good computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems.

Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
