Mediafon Datapro, a Manpower client and part of the Mediafon Group, develops high-performance database and process automation solutions for international clients. As an ISO-certified company, it has successfully delivered large-scale projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
To support its continued international growth, the company is looking for a dedicated professional to join the team and drive sales activities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe and other target regions within the IT and telecommunications sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle by promoting IT and TELCO solutions, analyzing client needs, preparing tailored proposals, participating in RFPs and public tenders, and closing deals.
- Build long-term relationships with public and private sector clients while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, represent the company at industry events, and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other activities supporting the execution of the overall sales strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven B2B and B2G sales experience within the IT or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of international business environments and consultative sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a results-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Fluency in English (B2–C1) and willingness to travel internationally as business requires.
It would be an advantage if you also have:
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and telecommunications solutions, system integration projects, and public procurement processes.
- Experience working with government organizations, large enterprises, telecom operators, or infrastructure and defense projects across international markets.
- An established professional network in Europe, Africa, Latin America (LATAM), the Middle East, or the CIS region.
- Additional language skills, particularly Russian and/or Spanish.
