Job description
planning/configuring scaffolding
erection of scaffolding of various types, establishing platforms and safety measures
fixing the scaffolding to the building or structure to make it more stable
laying planks across the scaffolding for workers to walk on
putting up the scaffolding poles and attaching the horizontal tubes to them
unloading scaffolding equipment at the site
fixing guard rails and safety netting
taking down the scaffolding after a job is finished
setting base plates on the ground at regular intervals
undertaking checking/assessing
helping to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety
carrying out planned tasks in accordance with contract/agreed requirements, time requirements

Requirements
3-5 years of experience
Very important: knowledge of English (can understand well and talk with supervisors and colleagues in English).
“Safety first” attitude.
Physically fit: no back problems or traumas, no knee problems, or traumas.
Good communication skills, being a team worker.
Driving license and your own car is an advantage.
EU citizen or Finnish residence permit holder
