Cobelec is delivering a major railway electrification project within the Rail Baltica project - one of Europe’s largest and most strategically important infrastructure developments. To support project execution in Lithuania, we are looking for an experienced Schedule Manager to join the team in Vilnius.
This is a key role within a complex engineering environment where accurate planning, structured schedule control, and proactive monitoring directly contribute to successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
- Planning support across all aspects of project execution, including monitoring, recording, and analysing performance against baseline schedules.
- Implementation of planning processes and procedures in accordance with project requirements.
- Regular schedule updates and development of non standard schedules when required.
- Critical issue analysis and ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- Critical path identification, including reporting schedule risks and opportunities.
- Process improvement within planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Support for project performance assessment, including the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
- Experience in large scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and tools (Primavera P6 or equivalent).
- Ability to analyse complex schedules and performance data.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
