About the role

We are currently looking for an Senior Account Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As Senior Account Manager you will focus on managing and growing existing partnerships, identifying commercial growth opportunities and supporting compliance initiatives. This role combines relationship management with commercial ownership, giving you responsibility for both account performance and partner growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: proactively develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring optimal positioning of our games, timely launch of new products and features and handling daily requests
  • Promotional Activities: actively secure recurring promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and revenue generation
  • Compliance Support: lead certification projects and own relationships with testing labs
  • Active Sales: drive commercial growth initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue
  • Internal Coordination: serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams (i.e., legal, compliance, integrations, product) to assure efficient and effective project execution
  • Sales Pipeline: maintain and develop the sales pipeline with a focus on upsell opportunities and long-term partner growth
  • Industry Events: Represent BetGames at industry events and conferences, leveraging networking opportunities for active sales prospects
  • Reporting: Regularly update the Head of Commercial, Account Manager Team Lead and other stakeholders on sales activities, account performance, market trends, and competitor movements

We expect you have

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management, Sales, VIP Management or similar client-facing roles
  • Previous experience in gaming/iGaming industry is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C environments
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a confidence in leading client calls and in-person meetings
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
  • High level of reliability, organization, and discipline when handling multiple projects
  • Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems) and openness to using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings
