We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join our energetic Accounting and Tax Reporting team
Our team of ambitious professionals handles accounting, budgeting, data analysis, and more. We aim to streamline operations, simplify complexities, and assist business stakeholders in efficiently achieving their objectives.
As our new Senior Accountant, you will:
- Provide a range of tax and statutory compliance services, such as drafting tax returns and preparing financial statements, for diverse clients.
- Analyze how clients can adapt to evolving legislation and protect their tax and other strategies.
- Engage in payroll projects.
- Assist clients in improving their tax reporting processes.
- Build productive relationships with both local and international clients.
- Contribute to the enhancement of your own and your team's technical expertise.
- Proactively manage your portfolio of clients, while reporting to Managers and above.
What you need to be successful:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in accounting and payroll.
- University degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
- A team spirit and willingness to support, train, and coach others.
- Strong drive and time management skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Experience with Navision (considered an advantage).
Our offer:
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 2500 to 3500 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
